Cultivation technology

Our cultivation technology makes it possible to produce the highest quality grape grafts using the most modern machinery and equipment.

Vine propagation material is stored in a refrigerator at 95% humidity between 2-4 °C, starting from the collection of the raw materials.

Inoculation is done with omega vaccine machines.

Inoculated grafts are paraffinized in a digitally set temperature paraffinator to avoid damage to the grafts and loss of quality.

The inoculated grafts are stored in a plastic container as soon as possible after vaccination in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2-4 °C and a humidity of 95%, prior to the start of the grafting.

Beading is done in water in a plastic container, and for many years we have left the sawdust and perlite medium down, thus reducing the chance of germinating disease and other infections, while improving quality and grafting.

The grafting of the grafts takes place at a precisely controlled temperature and humidity in the folding room to promote callus formation.

During the folding process, the so-called callus is formed, which organically connects the subject with the noble graft.

Vaccines will be released to the grafting school in May, where we will provide drip irrigation, nutrient solution and plant protection during the summer.

Our grapevine school is constantly monitored by experts of the National Food Chain Safety Authority and the Plant Protection Authority, and the grafting is authorized by the authorities.

Harvesting of grafts from the grafts school will begin at the end of October. The grafts delivered to the site are immediately placed in a cold store to preserve quality and then graded.

By grading, we cut back the grafts in turn into two buds. In the digitally adjusted temperature paraffinizer, a new protective layer is prepared in the melted paraffin. The length of the roots is also cut back uniformly by approx. 15-20 cm long.

Next comes the packaging and placing it according to customers in the cold store. The grafts are installed between March and April, and stored in the refrigerator at a favorable temperature of 2-4 °C, thus allowing the customer to get quality without deterioration.
